My teaching has always had a fun, inspiring, supportive atmosphere where I develop a real relationship with the students, enabling them to achieve their very best. I like to use new and innovative teaching techniques - we won't always be say at a desk looking at paper! I take time to really get to know students, what they are wanting to achieve and their interests.

As an experienced classroom teacher of thirteen years, my commitment and passion have always shone through, helping the pupils in my classes and clubs to make excellent progress; and the staff in the teams that I have lead to be confident in my ability to lead the team in the right direction with clarity and strength. My outgoing, enthusiastic personality has helped develop strong relationships with staff, parents and children.

Hobbies and Interests:
As a keen sportsman, I have a love of indoor and outdoor climbing and bouldering. The other main sports I enjoy participating in are touch rugby and mountain biking. I also have a love of photography, taking my camera with me almost wherever I go, capturing a range of subjects and sharing these with friends and family. One of the more unusual hobbies we have as a family is Geocaching - using GPS to search for hidden ‘treasure’ troves around the world.
