Qualified Spanish/Catalan teacher with teaching experience offering Spanish and Catalan classes.
Methodology
I am energetic and I love teaching languages.
My stress-free lessons are tailored to the student’s level and interests. The free first class will be oriented to establishing your level and your goals, so I can ensure that the lessons I plan meet your needs.
Classes for all levels are provided through a communicative approach, fostering the development of the four basic skills (speaking, writing, reading and listening) and offering a knowledge of the Spanish and/or Catalan culture to get by in real-life situations.
Experience
I have taught Catalan at a proficiency level, delivered Spanish and Catalan classes to adult students and helped them to prepare for official exams.
I have also worked as a primary teacher in state schools teaching Catalan and Spanish in KS1 and KS2. During my time in Spain I home-tutored a number of high school students on a regular basis throughout the academic year.
