My teaching method usually involves establishing the clients goal and creating a specific training plan to follow with them. For example, if the goal is to become more flexible, I will incorporate more deep stretching into the practice. If the goal is relaxation, we are likely to focus more on the meditation in shavasana and so on.
I come from a gymnastics and dance background, and I have trained in acrobatics, handbalancing and martial arts over the last 3 years. I have a first class degree in psychology from Bristol University. My yoga training was completed at rishikesh yoga teacher training centre in India.
