About Parker
I did not have the privilege of learning Spanish in the home; I had to study hard to achieve fluency. I took 4 years of high school Spanish, lived abroad for over 1 year, and then took 3 more semesters of the language at college. Believe me, I know how difficult it can be to learn Spanish. However, I had the great privilege of learning from some incredible instructors over my years, and I am excited to help you with your Spanish goals now! Whether you're in elementary school or college, I'm here to help. I love teaching, and having learned Spanish from the ground up, I'm ready to help build your confidence, understanding, and linguistic skills in a fun and uplifting way. ¡Hagámoslo!

Learning a language is a tall order, but far from impossible. My lessons will incorporate a mix of grammar and vocabulary studies, as well as cultural and historical instruction. In other words, we're going to discuss Spanish grammar rules, practice telling stories to build up vocabulary, and listen to fun and appropriate Latin music to help with understanding and culture. These main focuses are easily adaptable to any specific questions you may have, and can easily coincide with the school/course curriculum you may be struggling with. My lessons are available for elementary, middle school, high school, and college students.
