My methodology is based off of experience and listening. Listening is a vital quality in my line of work as each individuals situation is vastly different, so often requires a different approach. I think of things holistically, from mental barriers we might face, to the physical things such as body language and speech when it comes to all things recruitment and job finding.
I am a sales and recruitment professional who left university to pursue financial freedom.
I love giving tips and professional advice to those stuck in the purgatory that is unemployment. I have had vast experience finding the perfect CV’s for the job, with extensive knowledge of their structure and content. I also provide insight into how to improve your interview.
I am a sociable and enthusiastic character, keen to take initiative. I use my self-determination to take on tasks of any level to the absolute best of my ability. I am also flexible; quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others.
My communication skills, which I have gained from both education and various hospitality and sales jobs, give me the ability to be friendly and engaging, yet conscious of my boundaries. Past employment has provided me with key qualities necessary for professional roles in sociable positions, such as commitment, organisation, and strong leadership.

I have to give it to him; Leo, knows a fair bit about a range of subjects and can confidently speak about many a topics. He did very well at school and is starting to build what looks to be a successful career. Personable guy with a top sense of humour, highly recommend.
Leo is an academic, intelligent and enthusiastic character. Throughout his education and time at university, he was a highly motivated, hardworking individual with an eagerness to learn. His communication skills allow him to act in an interpersonal way with all ages; friendly and engaging yet conscious of his boundaries. My experience of him is that he has strong desires to improve the lives of others, whether it be his family or friends, or strangers. He has a calm, collected and confident demeanor, and is a man of real integrity, which is something that will aid him in any teaching scenario. These are all assets that I am certain will serve him well as a private tutor and I am glad he is able to instill his passion into others.
Got put in touch with Leo through a friend. Really helpful and plenty of insight as to what you need to do to stand out... would highly recommend. Helped me out with writing a cover letter and interview techniques. Although on the younger side, seemed to know a lot more than those older and more out of touch to what employers want today.
