Let p be the weight of peanuts to be found in a 1 lb bag of mixture. Then the weight of raisins must be (1 - p) lb. The cost of p lb of peanuts is 1.25 p. What is the cost of the raisins in the 1 lb bag? What does the whole 1 lb bag cost? Can you take it from here?
