Best way to find out is to take a look at the Univsersity entrance requirements and also take a good look at the different kinds of forensic courses available. Hope this helps!

Do you know where I can view the different requirements for different universities?

Each university will have its website and this should then list the different departments/courses. When you look at a particular course, it should indicate the course entrance requirements - subjects and possibly grades required.

Why would maths be so important to be a forensic scientist?

A level Maths is important for many careers as it demonstrates that you have advanced analytical skills and can get to grips with complex mathematical problems.

That's true...but a forensic scientist's job doesn't really involve solving mathematical problems as such (source: https://nationalcar...v.uk/Pages/Home.aspx )

It is desirable that you study A-Level maths as many doors will open up to you in the future. You have a variety of options and courses you can chose from in the Bachelor of Science field after studying maths. For example, you might decide to take up Pharmacy or Bio-Medical Science which requires A-Level maths. Also, if you decide to be a teacher you will need maths qualification.
