Describe an experiment to measure the energy required to change tge temperature of a body. Interpret data which shows that there is no change when materials are : Boiling and Melting or freezing.

You need an experiment where you can measure the energy that you can measure the energy you are putting in and the resulting temperature change. You need to take lots of data points and then it makes sense to plot them on a graph. Once you have plotted energy input versus temperature, you can measure the energy required to change the temperature per degree up to boiling point and down to freezing point (it becomes a solid).
