My teaching method is hands on. I can help you gain the practice you need to build muscle and maintain endurance as well as, build your own personalized schedule so that you yourself can train independently.
I began swimming at the age of 4 and carried on until I was 18. I was trained by two Olympic coaches and practiced alongside the Olympic team. Now I practice leisurely and write my own practices to stay in shape.
