I have more than forty years experience of the Hospitality Industry both here in the U.K. and abroad in France, USA and Canada alongside 30 plus years in Hospitality Industry Education teaching all levels from degree to Special Educational Needs.
My experience of the Hospitality Industry Is confined to the Hotel, Restaurant, Licensed Trade and Employee feeding in London, France, USA and Canada. My teaching career saw success with management as well as operative students particularly in front of house skills
College graduate from Birmingham College of Food. Gained Experience of Hospitality Industry first in France, then London and followed by USA and then Canada. Mostly in Management positions. Returned to London and then went into Further Education firstly at Wolverhampton and later at Stafford. During the 25 years I was teaching I also owned and ran a very successful French Restaurant.
