As a teacher for over 15 years, I became frustrated with my life and knew I needed more! I decided to start my own business and live the life of my dreams! 5 years ago I began this amazing journey, learning and applying new knowledge and skills along the way! I found what I wanted for my life and became very good friends with numerous talented mentors! My life now, is about helping others appreciate the amazing gift of life, setting them realistic and attainable goals and helping them overcome barriers! I teach a combination of personal protection, personal fitness and personal success! Life is to be lived to the full and we can all do this once we get clarity of what we want and remove any limiting beliefs! Personal protection develops our confidence to be who we want to be, personal fitness ensures we take action and personal success is about choosing a destination and moving pro-actively towards it!
