My goal as a tutor and a performer is to use music as a language that reaches all types of people. Sound is a natural part of life, and I believe that learning more about it enriches a person in all aspects. I have a unique and personal approach to each of my pupils as I know how essential it is to be seen as an individual and to be heard. Health and well-being plays a big role in any form of teaching, which is why I always take care of the individual needs of my students and how they approach the instrument.
I have been very fortunate to study with great professors at my school and privately, who have helped to shape me both as a musician and a well-rounded person. This is something that I'd like to share with my own pupils; to inspire and motivate them to use music as a medium for personal successes.
I am a recent graduate from the Royal College of Music with a Master of Performance degree. Alongside training as a performer, I have put a lot of my time and focus on teaching, gaining over 4 years of experience in this field and becoming a certified tutor on the RCM's Teaching Services, London Music Centre, and Ruby Music School. Having spent six years at the UK's top conservatoire and under some of the highest calibre mentors, I have been instilled with great morals, such as: to always be hard-working and aim beyond one's limits, never stop being curious, and to be mindful in everything that I do. This is the mindset I always try to keep and pass onto my pupils and colleagues.
