Methodology

I came to the Alexander Technique at a young age and feel that gives me a different perspective and understanding. I love to share my enthusiasm with others!

- Which subject(s) do you teach?

The Alexander Technique. I can also teach beginner bassoon and flute.

- Tell me about your qualifications.

Fully qualified and insured with the Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique.
Grade 8 bassoon.

- How much do you charge?

Half price first lesson,
Book 5 lessons and get your 6th free,
Recommend a friend and get a free lesson.

£30 for 45 minutes, £25 for concessions (Alexander Technique)
£20 for 45 minutes, £15 for concessions (Bassoon/flute)

- Where do you teach?

I teach from home due to bulky, immobile equipment. I live in Leith, Edinburgh.

- When are you available?

Weekdays/evenings are preferable, though all my work is flexible so I can arrange to meet at a time that suits you.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

Alexander Technique - all ages and levels!
Flute/bassoon - 11 years and up, from beginner - grade 5.

- Which qualifications do you prepare your students for?

I would be happy to take you up to your grade 5 ABRSM examination, however this is completely down to you and what you want out of your lessons.
