Methodology
I want to create life-long learners and therefore students must enjoy learning and remain curious. My vision is provide all students with an outstanding education in a warm welcoming environment that inspires them to lead change and enables them to become curious life-long learners.
Students learn best through exploration, collaboration and solving problems in a variety of ways to support the long term memory.
Experience
I am a school leader and have studied education, leadership, maths and music. I am passionate about supporting pupils and helping them achieve their goals. I have worked in many schools across England and have an engaging collaborative approach to teaching.
