Science Tutor - Trainee doctor, 2 degrees, 8 years experience AND teaching all GCSE science exam boards (London based)
Methodology
I highly recommend a spiral based technique of teaching. This means that I teach the very basics and then build on the concept, this means the student has understood the very core of the subject and will then be able to comprehend complex ideas and concepts.
I supplement my teaching with a revision recap as well as setting homework and exam based questions every so often.
Experience
I am a trainee Doctor with ample experience in teaching, over the years I have acquired innovative teaching methods enabling me to teach students of all abilities and ages. Additionally, I have a First Class Honours degree in Physiology from King's College London.
I have been tutoring Edexcel, AQA, OCR 21 century for 8 years now
I love teaching and as a student I have great revision techniques that all my previous students have benefitted from. I also provide feedback for college and university students on assignments whilst also providing bespoke lessons at higher levels. Many of my previous students have continued to chose science A-levels with a number of them joining me at different medical schools. My ultimate aim is to ensure that your child believes in their own abilities as much as I do!
