I am a Psychology student in my second year of study at Newcastle University. I would be more than happy to give lessons to GCSE and A-Level Psychology students of any ability. I am flexible in my teaching style and aim to cater to students' individual needs. For example, if there is a topic you find more difficult we can focus on this until you are confident.
I have taught Psychology to GCSE students for approximately one academic year. This was in classes of around 15 students. I have also taught IT skills to older adults for one academic year on a one-to-one basis. In addition, I have taught English to foreign speakers in small groups for one academic year. As a teaching assistant at Newcastle Bridges School I teach a variety of GCSE subjects to students with a range of needs including mental health problems, learning difficulties, and developmental disorders such as ADHD. I have been teaching at Newcastle Bridges School since October 2017.

I’ve known Chloe for a long time and she is patient and great at explaining difficult concepts. She is very organised and a whizz at creative revision techniques to suit different subjects and students. Chloe can also use humour to motivate reluctant students and knows Psychology inside out.
After the five years that Chloe has been my friend I can confidently say that Chloe is an enthusiastic, hard working and reliable person who will always aims high whilst helping those around her to achieve their best. She is personable and caring and can make anyone feel at ease and comfortable in her presence and has an unbeatable positive attitude.
Chloe was my rock throughout my time of studying GCSE and A-Level Psychology and I am certain that she would bring the best motivation, encouragement and patience to her tutoring. Psychology is Chloe's passion and that's what makes her such an authentic teacher.
