I am ready to tutor A level chemistry students. Generally I prefer to engage students in various activities and challenging questions from past papers as we progress through chapters in an orderly fashion, because I find that this keeps the mind stimulated and prevents fatigue or boredom. I am more than happy to alter my teaching methods though depending on the person I teach to make them feel more comfortable.
I am a student at UEA on my second year of studying an MPharm degree. During my stay I have aided many coursemates with their modules but most specifcally Chemistry. It has always been my strongest subject so I feel comfortable teaching it. I have also taught a sixth form class multiple times during A levels and a couple more ever since I started uni. I have also gained alot of practical experience from experiments/lab work from my course and during A level studies. For this reason I have been recommended to become a chemistry tutor.
I was Parsa's Chemistry teacher throughout his A level studies. He was an excellent student with an inquiring, analytical brain and a deep love for Science. He grasped the complexities of Chemistry very quickly and it pleased me very much to see him helping others in the class who were having problems. He was kind, polite and very patient when explaining topics to other students. He works very hard in and out of class and excelled in his A level exams. He is now an excellent student studying for Pharmacy and I would recommend him very highly as a tutor.
