i am a senior male practicing yoga regularly from 1976. learnt under the guidance of different prestigious institutions.
in my 11 am to 12 noon batch many foreigners and house wives are learning.
evening 4.30 to 5.30pm house wives are learning. they are all benefited.
i teach simple asanas to keep yourself fit.
