I teach Adult Literacy/numeracy, English (ESOL), A level, English, University English, Proofreading/Editing, Law and American Exams.
- Tell me about your qualifications.
I have a B.A. in English and J.D. in Law. I also have a certificate in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
- How much do you charge?
My fee is £10 per hour on a one to one basis. There is no charge for the first introductory meeting.
- Where do you teach?
I am based in Basingstoke. The initial meeting is in a public library where we can introduce ourselves and discuss your goals and what you would like to achieve from the tuition. If you would like to book a session or group of sessions, we can arrange where further meetings will be held (public library, my home or your home).
- When are you available?
I am available by appointment from Monday through Thursday 9:30-2:30.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
Age 16 and over.

I have a calm and relaxed approach to teaching with plenty of positive reinforcement.
- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?
Yes I have had one done in June 2008.
- Where and with whom did you train?
I obtained my English Degree from the University of Salisbury, USA and my law degree from the University of Maryland School of Law, USA. I recieved my TESOL certificate from Trinity College, UK.
