£15 per half hour lesson, £25 per hour lesson.

- Where do you teach?

I teach at home and at students' homes. I live in the Hayes and Hillingdon area. I am prepared to travel within a five mile radius

Monday- Friday, 10am- 8pm.

About Simon

- What kind of experience do you have?

I have taught for several years and appeared at several major London venues including The Royal Albert Hall, Queen Elizabeth Hall and Fairfield Hall, Croydon. I also appeared on the TV talent show Opportunity Knocks as a member of a local accordion band.

I studied Jazz and Contemporary Music at the City of Leeds Music College. My principal instruments were trombone and piano. I also taught piano accordion as an extra-curricular activity whilst there.

I started playing piano accordion at the age of seven and passed Trombone Grade 8 at the age of 14 and Euphonium Grade 8 at the age of 15.

I have extensive playing experience in the fields of classical and jazz music and have played with The Hillingdon Philharmonic Orchestra, Harrow Symphony Orchestra and Brunel University Big Band.

In addition to teaching, I also sing with the Uxbridge Gospel Male Voice Choir and the Free Church Choir Union.

I currently have one piano accordion student, one piano student, one trumpet student and one trombone student. I have previously taught piano to Grade 3 standard.
