I like to help my students by finding out what areas they struggle with most and take on these difficulties first. I also like to push my students to think differently, for example, encouraging them to challenge conventional ideas. I believe my students found it useful and engaging when I structured lessons like an Oxford tutorial where we are given problems and have to think about them on the spot. I also maintain that the key to good teaching is ensuring students are engaged and interested.
