I give lessons to primary school kids (year 5-6) as well as secondary students either looking to do GCSE's early for maths or physics. The first day I teach by seeing the knowledge of the student when I have learnt their ability I continue with what they don't know while solidifying their previous knowledge. I see myself as a patient teacher, who looks for a person's full success rather than just a pass (e.g. I'd rather have a person pass with an A-A* than making them pass with a C). However, on the contrary I seek the person to be motivated and hard-working.
I have been giving lessons since November 2016, and have taught 8 children to learn how to deal with problems without my need. I do not see myself as an experienced teacher until many students pass their exams. They have not achieved any qualification levels but throughout mocks and other monthly exams they have moved from D-C's to Bs and As.
If the student is going to take SATs the payment is £15
If the student is going to take GCSEs the payment is £25 (year 7-9)
