Sixth form student with eight 9's including in triple science offering Physics, Chemistry and Maths tutoring for KS4 and below in London
Methodology
As a student myself I can easily recognize and help with mistakes and misunderstandings as well as teach the subject content in a method that is digestible and relatable. With first-hand experience of the new GCSEs, I can help students significantly and will happily adapt my lesson structure according to personal student learning preferences. I am personally on track to gain 3 A*'s at A level and would be able to incorporate the tips and tricks to get into the top band.
Lessons can be structured in accordance with how students learn best, whether that means it will be more open and student-led or more guided with specific lesson plans
Experience
I am a sixth form student that achieved eight 9's and two 8's in the new GCSEs. I have a particular aptitude for the STEM subjects and English and can significantly help other KS4 or below students to achieve the grades as I have from understanding the content to using my personal tips and tricks. I am the Head girl at Townley Grammar School with significant responsibility as well as performing as an academic mentor and STEM leader within my student body, giving me experience with tutoring and guiding younger years.
I have been giving professional tuition for over 8 months and can adapt my teaching method for each individual student
Along with having a strong aptitude for my subjects, I am highly passionate and will be going on to complete a Masters in Physics. Having a tutor that truly loves their subject will positively impact students and allow learning to be fun as well as important
