I’m here to help you stay active and fit during this challenging time.
I have been a Personal Trainer for more than 12 years in UK, France, Switzerland and Singapore. Passionate about sports since I was young, I practiced rugby for 17 years including three years as semi-professional, Thai Boxing, MMA, Krav-Maga and judo for 6 years, athletics for 4 years (sprint, pole vault) and 4 years in the Airborne Troops.
My main focus is to listen to my clients’ needs and tailor a programme to encourage them to be active. I design fun, varied, efficient and challenging exercises to keep them motivated.
I guide them towards a better lifestyle, no quick fixes or yo-yo diets. The plan is not just to look better, but feel better physically and mentally. Giving them the confidence they once had or finding the confidence they never believed they had.

• All the sessions MUST be paid in advance. BOOKINGS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED BEFORE PAYMENT.
• Pre-purchased blocks of sessions must be used within the expiry periods. e.g.10 blocks sessions are valid for use within 5 weeks from purchase

- Sport science degree French university
- YMCA Level 2 certificate in Fitness Instructing
- YMCA Level 3 Certificate in Personal Training
- Emergency First Aid at Work (RQF)
