Teaching is my passion – The pursuit of knowledge is something that, I feel, is a pure and (more importantly) worthwhile pastime. However, it is important to note that learning itself is not the challenge, instead, it is simply the approach to that learning - this varies from person to person, so if something is not working out for you that does not mean it is beyond you; you may just need a new outlook on your study!
With this philosophy in mind, my teaching incorporates additional mentoring and life coaching beyond that of a regular lesson, which in turn has greatly improved the motivation of my students to really help them meet their chosen targets.
My aim is to bring out the best in every person I teach - both academically and holistically. Their success is my success, and I am dedicated to ensuring no student is left behind.
I believe that there is always an approach to reach each individual, it is simply a matter of adapting one’s outlook and taking the time to learn how each student responds to certain stimuli - I have a lot of experience with students from all walks of life, and every time have tailored a study plan that is unique to each individual.
My background is in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering which I have studied through two separate Masters degrees achieving multiple awards. I am now working towards my third degree in Medicine. As a result, I have an in-depth knowledge of chemistry as well as across other subjects such as biology, physics, and maths. My aim is to be an approachable and understanding tutor.
Recent events have pushed tutors to work remotely where possible and this has resulted in concerns and teething problems for many. However, having taught online for a few years to students all across the country I have an established routine and setup that works.
I also bring together knowledge and experience of the various ways of learning that will improve the students' ability to retain and utilise knowledge. This is something often missed through traditional schooling but once known makes learning and retaining information much easier.
I have over 10 years of teaching experience and so I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and skills that I have developed over time.
You can teach someone the theory of science but introducing real life applications of that theory can really bring about an inquisitiveness, driving students to dig deeper and learn further.
I have found most successful students are those who are motivated and have a desire to learn and therefore it is my priority to try to bring out that sense of desire in each student, as learning will no longer be “against the grain” and, ultimately, more efficient.
I can accommodate both short term tuition, i.e. for exam purposes, and long term tuition for those who are interested in pursuing knowledge in a deeper way. I will also continuously monitor student progress and, where I feel it is needed, set tasks to consolidate what they have learnt.

Perfect! My son really looks forward to his lessons with Aidin. He says that Aidin understands the, pitfalls that students often make as well as the gaps in his learning. Aidin fully explains differing approaches, which my son has found far clearer than those taught at school. He has certainly gained confidence and can piece different topics together more effectively I would certainly recommend Aidin.
Very nice, polite and engaging student. A pleasure to tutor!
Aidin tutored me for my A level Chemistry. He tailored his approach to my strengths and weaknesses. Whenever I didn't understand a concept he would try several different approaches until I understood. He was also very knowledgable about the type of exam questions which had and could appear on exam papers. Thanks in no small part to his endeavours, I obtained a place to read Medicine. I would wholeheartedly recommend him.
Aidin is an excellent tutor. He has helped me with my A-level Chemistry last year, going from a predicted C to an actual A. What I valued most was the wisdom he gave and his advice on how to study effectively. His experience and philosophy is heart warming and very helpful.
I would highly recommend him even as just a teaching mentor as its that knowledge that can make you jump grades.
Since Aidin started tutoring my daughter, her confidence and ability has improved to a stage where it has been noted by her teachers. My daughter feels at the end of every lesson, areas that she struggled with now have become clearer and she has gained a much better understanding. Aidin has a very calming and positive influence and creates a relaxed working environment. Without Aidin's help my daughter feels she would be really struggling with the subject, I would not hesitate in recommending Aidin to other students.
Aidin is a fantastic tutor; having known him most of my life, and had the pleasure of working alongside him in later years, I can safely say that his patience, dedication and teaching-style is second to none.
He has extensive knowledge of his subject, and a friendly and approachable methodology so that he can ensure every student is given the attention they need to do well.
I really couldn't recommend him more!
Aidin is an intelligent, patient and passionate teacher and mentor. He taught my son Maths and Science, and the results were exceptional. My son not only achieved the results he wanted, it has furthered his ability and desire to learn and take on challenging subjects above his level. I would highly recommend Aidin.
