I am Carlos, a Spanish Teacher, Writer and Translator with experience in Literature and Communication at middle school, high school and university levels. I am keen on learner-centered and collaborative methods, whilst believing in the strong role the tutor has, in order for students to succeed.
I have been an English as a Second Language private tutor, intermittently, since the year 2000. I have also been a Middle Years Program English Teacher, a Debate Coach, and most recently a University Lecturer in Literature, Spanish, and Poetry.
