About the lesson
I teach bespoke 1-1 or group lessons. I specialise in circuits, boxing, and bodyweight workouts. I cater to each individual level.
Each session is an hour long and includes a warm up and cool down to avoid soreness and injury. We work to a high intensity with full body movements which burn maximum calories. We utilise intervals that will speed up your metabolism so you continue to burn calories for 36 hours after the workout.
The focus is on cardio, functional strength and core strength. The aim is to strip fat and attain long lasting muscle and an overall sense of longterm wellbeing. I also provide diet advice and workout plans you can complete alone. After around 6 weeks of continuous training you will notice changes in your body, after about 12 weeks other people in your life will notice. I've taken dozens of people and transformed them through exercise, and have helped them form fitness habits that are life long

Hi I'm Sean, a personal trainer from Ireland who has settled in London!
I have over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, coaching 1-1 and small groups.
My aim is to inspire you to work your hardest, and form the kind of habits that will help you to reach your fitness goals, no matter what those are.
I personally tailor sessions to individual ability to help you perform at your peak.

He is also extremely informed and involved in fitness and wellbeing, but most of all he cares. I’ve had a few personal trainers over many years – so I am no newbie when it comes to working out – but I’ve learnt new exercises and a new understanding of fitness and nutrition through Sean.
