My teaching method is using the Visual and Kinaesthetic teaching styles. This means I show how to do the specific drill/technique and do it myself. This shows how I would like the students' to do it and by using the most effective way.

The rate of the session would depend on the distance I would be travelling. Also, 24 hour cancellation notice would be in order.
I have BTEC Level 2&3 in Sport which taught me all the bones and muscles in the body which helps with injuries when they occur. These courses also showed effective training techniques and drills especially in Football. I played for Watford FC Academy whilst studying at college (2012-2015) which showed effective coaching using different techniques. In 2014 I went to Italy to experience the life of a professional footballer for two weeks. This included training twice a day, eating healthy meals the same time every day and playing competitive games against foreign teams. My FA Level 1 improved my confidence when leading a session individually or as a group. Currently completing my FA Level 2 has explained in more depth the coaching sessions and drills I could do with the team I voluntarily coach.
