‘i believe a successful athlete is not only made in the gym. i want athletes and trainers to go outside of the sporting arena to learn and enjoy themselves within the aspects of mind-body-creativity. areas of interest lie in perfectionism, jungian psychology, risk taking and their effects upon creativity, curiosity, 'play' and the expression of 'self'.

I thrive in new and dynamic situations, grasping work opportunities that have enabled extensive travel. Work and life experiences in Australia, Europe and the USA created exceptional learning environments whilst travelling Africa, Asia, Israel, New Zealand and South America have provided many extraordinary challenges.
I am an ex-professional soccer player, a youth county squash player and a Masters graduate Sports Physiologist. I held the position of Head of Performance at the Canadian NTC for Soccer working with Professional and International soccer players. At this time I consulted with many professional, youth & college athletes. I established the Conditioning Programme of Under-18 professionals at the Luis Lemon Tennis Academy in Buenos Aires, Argentina and consult with professional squash players in the UK.
