I adapt my courses to each student, according to his or her own objectives, needs, personality and ability.

It is a global approach to my training that I propose to my students.

The combined methodology that I teach is unique; I have developed it from my personal background of more than 20 years of training in different disciplines: Yi Quan, QI Qong, Zhang Zhuang, Yoga and functional trainings.

I integrate traditional martial arts techniques associated with methods of mental balance, meditation and breathing.

The expansion and contraction of the limbic and nervous systems will allow you to reach sensations of both serenity and challenge.
Calm and listening to you, we will work and move forward together to teach you how to anchor yourself in the ground through "Zhan Zhuang", the quintessence of Buddhist and Taoist meditations, "Shi Li", slow work around guided meditations and mental images, and finally a work of multidirectional movement in space.

What I offer you is jointly,
- to eliminate the tension and fatigue caused by stress through an excellent method of relaxation,
- to improve your ability to concentrate and learning.
- to face challenges effectively, without accumulating stress.
- to strengthen the muscles in depth


HOW...

You will learn modern interpretations of the classical concepts of Chinese martial arts.

Traditionally, learning was done under the benevolent authority of a master. It took many years to feel the benefit of this work. However, in today's world, time is precious.
Very few students have the years necessary for a traditional training in silence and strict discipline.
Through my attitude, my pictorial explanations and the personalized correction of postures and movements, the transfer of knowledge is faster.
But in no case is the quality of the teaching sold out. The sensations discovered are just as deep and are permanently inscribed in the body as the work accomplished by the practicing student.

Little attached to the learning of forms, I will focus on the postural work and the intention:
I will integrate in your training standing meditation which will consist in cultivating your IQ (also known as tonus, prana, life force...).
This will be done with hard work, determination, and training with a caring and strict guide.

I work within the parameters of the body's energy, so your training will focus on how we can change, move, modify, guide, and rejuvenate our internal activity, becoming almost ageless.

Course outline:

Soft and comfortable clothing.
The exercises follow one another in phases of imitation in silence, explanations by word of mouth and personalized corrections.
If standing is difficult for you, many of the exercises are very beneficial when practiced in a seated position.

About Lucas

Parallel to a traditional university education, I started practicing more than 20 years ago, at the age of 13.

European Kung-Fu Champion 2006
European Champion of Tai Chi Chuan and Best Designer 2009
Internal Champion of the Chinese Martial Arts Tournament 2006
French Champion of Tai Chi Chuan 2008
French Champion of Yi Quan 2003, 2004, 2005, 2007, 2008

Black belt and state patented Kung Fu and QI Qong instructor;
I trained under the guidance of Master Ilias Calimintzos in Paris.
I continued my studies in China under the direction of Grand Master Cui Rui Bin at the "Beijing Wushu Institute Yi Quan And Qi Qong Training Center".

More recently, I specialized in distance learning via webcam.

    Comment décririez-vous votre méthode en tant que praticien ?

    Créer du mouvement dans l'immobilité. C'est nos micros mouvements qui vont mettre en branle la circulation énergétique à travers notre corps.
    J'aime bien prendre l'exemple de l'eau:
    Laissez de l'eau dans une flaque, elle va pourrir et attirer les moustiques et se remplir de bactérie. Mettez cette même eau au mixeur, elle va s'oxygéner. Nous sommes composés à 60 % d'eau...
