Strength and Conditioning coach / Personal Trainer working out of North West England

Methodology

I am a recent Masters degree graduate in Sport Science, now operating as a Strength and Conditioning coach and Personal Trainer in Manchester.

Currently, I coach amateur and professional combat athletes, team sport athletes, and have a long standing list of Personal Training clients.

One of my keen interests is optimising sports performance, through dedicated and tailored programming of strength and conditioning. These are typically gym based and field based training sessions. I enjoy performing a needs analysis of an athlete and their sport, and using this to develop a training programme aimed at improving their performance. There are many positive implications for performance in participating in this sort of training, with a qualified and knowledgable coach. To name just a few; decreased injury risk, become a more durable athlete, to improve strength and power capabilities, increase aerobic fitness, improve co-ordination and balance.

I also have a long standing list of personal training clients, who have succeeded in their goals that included; to lose weight, decrease body fat percentage, increase muscle mass, assistance with lifestyle changes or simply to try a new form of exercise one to one.

Background

I have been supervising clients for 3 years now, with a great client retention rate. In particular, the combat athletes who I have coached have given great feedback on their 8-10 week programmes, and have had no hesitation in progressing to a new programme.

Rates

Transportation Fee : £25
Rate for 5 hours of lessons : £90
Rate for 10 hours of lessons : £170

Details

Prices vary on individual or team basis.

For ad hoc sessions or programmes of prolonged period, pricing can be negotiated.
