After completing my Postgraduate degree in the Sports and Exercise Sciences, specialising in Strength and Conditioning, I have spent 10-years applying the principles to support athletes and the general public.
I work closely with every client to design a bespoke program of delivery tailored to achieve their specific goals. Whether that's developing understanding of training theory, understanding how physical training can be applied to your sport of choice to excel, the business of fitness, session planning, exercise technique and programming, sports performance research, and much more.
I deliver sessions online via video call, at flexible times that fit with your busy schedule, to make sure you take the most efficient and specific path towards your goal in the shortest possible timeframe. These may be one-off sessions, or more blocks of teaching, to achieve the result you're looking for.
I've worked across elite sport in high-performance multidisciplinary teams to achieve success at Olympic and Paralympic level right through to setting up and running gym facilities aiming to support anyone and everyone in the general public to achieve their physical goals. I've coaches 1000's of athletes and coaches across 100's of sports upskilling them to compete effectively to optimise their training and gain the edge in their given discipline. I've created online businesses in the sports and fitness industry, designed to share information with a worldwide audience. I've mentored hundreds of students, trainers, coaches and athletes who have gone on to achieve success on their sports / fitness journey.
I work with every student at all levels on a 1-on-1 basis to develop the program of study that will best fit their needs. Every package of study I deliver is unique to the individual, and I'm always happy to accommodate your needs as best as I can.
Cancellation Policy - Students can cancel lessons without charge up to 72-hours prior to the beginning of the lesson. Cancellations within 72-hours of the lesson will still be charged at the normal rate.
