Everyone is different, what works for one person wont necessarily work for someone else. For me communication and relationships are the key, having open and honest lines of communication leads to successful outcomes and happy clients. I base my training plans on the needs of the individual as well as the demands of the activity that they do.
I have a BSc in Sports Science and a level 4 Strength and Conditioning qualification. I have worked in coaching for over 20 years with experience of working with a variety of individuals and groups. I achieved a 2:1 in my degree while also managing an exclusive leisure facility in Leeds.
My passion is working with people in sports. I enjoy how sport can be used to help foster relationships and get a buzz from seeing them grow and succeed in their chosen endeavors.

In 2002 I gained a promotion to Assistant Spa Manager and the responsibility of opening the flag ship new hotel and spa in Leeds. Having been left in sole charge a number of times as my manager helped out within the group, I was appointed Spa Manager in June 2004.

My family are very important to me, I enjoy days out with them and trips to the cinema. My son and I are season ticket holders at the Castleford Tigers and occasionally we are joined by my wife and daughter. It is his dream to one day play for the club.
I have been active seen quite a young age, so my daily routine always features an early morning gym session. Last year I qualified as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and as this led me to specialise in the training of youth athletes. This is something I do on an evening and a weekend. I enjoy seeing young people succeed and achieve and this gives me another way to help them do this. During the Covid-19 lockdown I had to
Karate has been a huge part of my life now for over 30 years and I own and run a club in Tadcaster which trains two evenings per week. I competed and medaled at competitions both Nationally and Internationally.
Sean makes his sessions exciting and fun for children but makes them work hard. Focus is not only on strength building but also mental stamina. Would highly recommend.
