My main teaching methods are Heuristic (process of trial and error and independent thinking) to encourage confidence in a pupil's own writing. I would also use Analysis, to help the student to break down their process and find reasoning in their answers. I would base my classes on what the student is struggling with and also what the key requirements are for success. I would approach each topic by giving an overview of what needs to be done and then going through areas that may need work but also incorporating areas they are strong in.
I am an A Level student studying the subjects I am passionate about and also partaking in several super-curricular activities to enrich my learning and help others studying similar topics to gain a deeper understanding or improve their grades. I have mentored pupils at my school and have also been tutored by a student myself and know how helpful it can be. I think online tutoring is a great opportunity to help others who are in the position I was in and experience more formal teaching.
If the student cannot attend the lesson, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

- Received 7 A**s and 3 A*s at GCSE.
- I attend school societies in all of my subjects and write articles for the school newspaper as well as having completed online courses surrounding my subjects.
- I recently worked on a farm this summer which was definitely out of my comfort zone, however, although it may not be the usual work experience, it taught me the importance of hard work and persistence.
