My teaching methods are usually methodical when it comes to stricter subjects such as essay writing; however, I do believe in creative freedom and encourage stepping out of boundaries effectively. I also believe that every student learns differently and try my best to accommodate diverse learning skills. A typical class will be learning about structures, looking at examples, and then practicing your own. I also believe that a course must be fun since an enjoyable class opens up the opportunity to learn. I teach from grades 1- grade 12.
I am a first-year university student in Stouffville, although I am in Toronto for school. I am in the Concurrent Education program for French Studies. I currently tutor for elementary and high school French as well as grade 3 English. I would love to have the opportunity to teach high schoolers and am well versed in essay writing, literature, creative writing, and poetry. I have competed for poetry slams and have taken creative writing classes as well.
Beki is my close friend and she is also an amazing teacher. She is patient and always willing to help you learn and teach you. Even when we were in high school she wouldn’t spill the tea about secrets people have told her so she really trustworthy. I 10/10 recommend her she is AMAZING!
