I am a senior professional with 17 years of experience in Marketing & Communications in Brazil, with management skills and creative assets. During my career, I developed and implemented complex Marketing & Communications strategies and programmes. Such was the case in Accenture, in which I closely assisted the Marketing Director, fully supporting and ensuring quality and results for her guidelines. Those include team management, take care of the department ́s financial aspects, and the overseeing of content production, brand initiatives and social media. Also amongst my duties are the launch of products and services, supporting sales efforts and client engagement.
Prior to it, I was Accenture's Media Relations Lead, promoting local and global stories for three years. My career effectively started in regional and global Public Relations agencies - such as Burson-Marsteller. I was then exposed to a wide range of B2B and B2C clients, coordinating their immediate and long-term demands. Media relations, internal communications and crisis management were my core skills at the time.
As part of my professional and personal development, I am currently attending an MA degree in Brands, Communication & Culture at Goldsmiths, University of London.

I managed a group of professionals dedicated to supporting the sales teams' efforts. Our goal was to introduce Accenture as an innovative company - creatively and objectively - impacting bidding process and the market as a whole.
To do so, I contributed to a variety of projects. From the development of creative concepts, planning and go-to-market, I took part in the launch of Accenture Digital and Accenture Innovation Center in Recife. The announcement of companies' acquisitions - and all steps inherent to this type of operation - were also part of my responsibilities. Moreover, projects like Up Innovation Lab (focused on establishing bonds between startups and multinational companies) and Awake (focused on the women empowerment in poor communities) are now part of my portfolio.
Intimately connected with the primary Marketing leadership in those projects and many others, I was capable of supporting her in the task of managing a team composed of 30 professionals. The department's budget management (P&L) was among my duties, as well. Finally, my other responsibilities at the time included the control of all corporate social media channels, as well as the external corporate materials.
