I've always loved languages and travelling. I have studied at university in UK, Germany & Italy, travelled extensively in France, Spain and South America and qualified as a teacher in 1998.

I offer French, German and Spanish at KS3, GCSE and A-level as well as business language training and general adult language courses. I also offer EFL for Cambridge exams and IELTS Life Skills and UKVI, as well as English pronunciation/accent training.

- How much do you charge?
1 to 1 lessons are charged from £35 per hour which includes materials (except for coursebooks which you may be required to purchase), and travel costs up to a distance of 12 miles.
For group lessons of 2+ students, prices start from £40 per hour to £60 for a group of 6. Please see my website for further information.
- Where do you teach?
I teach mainly in students' homes or offices as well as at my own home. I am based in West Sussex covering Worthing, Shoreham, Hove and Brighton, Gatwick area and Horsham.
- When are you available?
I work daytimes Monday to Friday and evenings depending on availability. If you require lessons during school holidays, I can make arrangements for an evening lesson.
- Which ages and levels do you teach?
I offer business language training, EFL and general language courses for adults as well as languages at primary, GCSE and A-level.

I offer lessons via SKYPE or FaceTime, focussing mainly on speaking, listening and pronunciation skills.

Every student and language training course is unique so I ensure lessons are created to suit individual goals and interests.
You can study at your own pace, gaining confidence as you progress and you'll be speaking in your chosen language from lesson 1. Focus is on communicating & responding confidently, developing good pronunciation skills and building a solid foundation of grammar and vocabulary.
- What kind of experience do you have?
Becoming a teacher 17 years ago was a natural step. I have since gained considerable experience teaching languages in primary & secondary schools in the UK & overseas preparing students for GCSE, A-level and International Baccalaureate. I have also taught EFL at language schools in Finland and Germany.
I teach adults for holiday, travel and relocation purposes. I also teach a number of corporate clients requiring business language skills such as email and phone communication, presentations, meetings and trade fairs.

I currently teach a range of students including primary French, preparation for A-level German oral exam, GCSE Spanish as well as adult students preparing to relocate to Spain and business German students getting ready for an international trade fair.
