My workshopping methods are based on the Carl Rogers philosophy of focussing on the process, and enjoying the experimentation aspect along the way. Using the process and mistakes that might be made when learning to teach us, and encourage us, rather than to hinder or worry us. I will first begin by asking you what it is you wish to get out of the lessons, and work from there to tailor the lessons towards a specific outcome, whilst introducing a level of experimentation and trying new things along the way to change your perspective on how to go about that end goal.
