My aim as a tutor, is not only to develop understanding, but to offer advice on exam technique and to increase student confidence. I have tutored a large number of students during a one to one setting and group sessions. Revision plans are tailored to each student. My approach varies depending on the student as all have different needs and learning styles. For GCSE/A-level tuition, I usually concentrate on exam practice, with in-depth topic study for the more problematic subjects. I also use multimedia aids to help students visualise biological and chemical processes where appropriate.
