My teaching experience has equipped me with the personal skills required to communicate with people of different ages and backgrounds. This is not only important to engage my students but also to develop a good relationship with their parents. I have taught a range of students, with each individual requiring a different style of teaching, and so I have learnt to adapt the content of my sessions and the way I teach as appropriate. Having recently completed my A Levels, I understand not only the importance of exam technique but also how essential it is that students have a genuine interest in what they are studying. My main aim is to trigger this interest and curiosity in the students I tutor and to push them to reach their full potential.
I am a fourth year medical student currently studying at King's College London who has also completed a Medical Genetics BSc. I have been teaching sciences and maths to students (aged 5 upwards) throughout my school and university life.

Volunteering at the children’s summer camp ‘Wickedly Wonderful’ (2015)
