I have been teaching group classes and individually for 7 years in studios, gyms, corporate environment, in retreats and workshops in the UK and abroad.
Aware of our anatomical differences and making sure the practice of postures respects our uniqueness, I invite participants to find this place within themselves always source of surprise when we embrace the truth of the present moment…

I have been teaching yoga since 2014, in gyms, studios, corporate settings, on retreats and workshops in the UK and abroad.
After years of practicing sports that have been hard on my knees and lower back, I like to share the wonders of yoga, which can be dynamic, challenging and deeply soothing and healing, all at the same time, when practiced with awareness, curiosity, humility and respect of the body.
WHAT TO EXPECT?
The classes combine meditative and physical aspects, flowing and dynamic sequence and more restorative and "yin" elements - deep release from the tension accumulated in connective tissues. - achieved through specific static poses held for 3 minutes or more.
The work on the body is the visible part of the iceberg. The huge part that emerges slowly is the ways you become gradually more and more aware of the energy that you are and become able to use it with greater levels of freedom in both mind and body...
► Sessions start always with feeling and expanding breathing space - a good starting point for any physical activity. Then we move through postures with flow, some times we hold some poses for longer than others.
► We work all major group muscles and joints and challenge body and mind, always in respect of our possibilities and safely.
► I have training and experience with hands-on assisting techniques to help client get more out of a pose or to correct their position safely.
► Sessions are adapted to your goal, needs and ability.
► Sessions last for 60 minutes and include warm up - cardio - balance- stretching - balancing - core work - relaxation.

I started practicing Yoga last year with Stephane during lock down. I loved his sessions on the park especially the early morning ones.
