About Kalaivani
I am an actuarial science student. I did AP maths as extra subject in school and obtained a distinction in it. I wrote IEB exams and got 5 distinctions. During the beginning of the year, I started tutoring a student from my former high school.

My teaching method is to teach all the theory and formula needed first, I teach it in such a way that the student will be able to not only remember the formula but understand how it is derived, because once they understand where it comes from, they will have a better understanding of the topic. After teaching the theory, I like to go over some examples, starting off with the easy ones and moving on to difficult ones. This way they get a variety of questions and they can see what type of questions will be asked in the exam.
