- What kind of experience do you have?
I have been teaching students one-to-one since I graduated from Sussex University. I received singing lessons at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama where I learned hugely valuable skills and techniques, and most importantly a confidence which came through the ability to trust my voice as an instrument. I have sung as a soloist in various contexts, including weddings, church services and local concerts. I have also been a part of many choirs, including the Brighton Festival Chorus. I have led my own choirs, one amateur choir at university and a choir at my previous school. I also involved teaching singing to large groups of children and young adults in an after school venture. I have taught GCSE music to whole classes, and have tutored some students through the Edexcel GCSE music listening exam, where all students achieved an A grade.
