Methodology

I am a dynamic and enthusiastic teacher who enjoys working with students on a 1:1 basis to help them realise their full potential.
I am available to conduct formal diagnosis of dyslexia assessments so please contact me to book a place.

I teach KS1 -KS2 students using specific dyslexia interventions if required.

- Where do you teach?

I travel to your home and school and will teach in Chelmsford, Essex and the surrounding area. I provide asssessments and tuition.
I will carry out diagnostic assessments across Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk. Please contact me for a competitive quote.

- When are you available?

I am available to work with students with dyslexia and related difficulties.

- Which ages and levels do you teach?

I teach from 5 - 11 in Literacy and Numeracy.
I will assess for dyslexia from the age of 7 to 16.

- What kind of experience do you have?

I have been teaching for 17 years and worked as a Special Needs Co-ordinator during that time. I am experienced in working with children who need extra support in their education.
I am qualified to undertake dyslexia diagnostic assessments. I have AMBDA and a current Assessing Practising Certificate.

- Do you have an up-to-date DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service, formerly CRB) Certificate?

I have a DBS which is portable and therefore always up to date.
