About Vincent
Hello! I am a biology student in my 5th semester and I also work as a zoo guide. I regularly teach children and young people about nature and animals, which gives me a lot of joy and teaches me how to pass on knowledge in an understandable and clear way.
During my studies, I dealt intensively with biology, chemistry, and medical and nutritional science topics - often at a level that goes beyond the school curriculum. I now use this in-depth knowledge in my tutoring to help students to confidently understand even complex topics.
I believe that everything you have to learn yourself should be passed on to others – and that is exactly what I do in my classes.

How I act as a tutor and pass on my knowledge
teaching techniques and methods
My lessons are task-oriented, which means that I work specifically with tasks and examples that help you understand and apply the topic step by step. We put theory into practice so that you don't just learn by heart, but can really understand and apply the topic.
Typical course of a lesson
Please send me the topics or content that we should discuss in advance. This way I can prepare as best as possible and put together suitable tasks. We will start with a short introduction before we turn to the tasks and clarify any questions. At the end there will be a short summary of the most important points.
Special features as a teacher
I place great value on simple but comprehensible explanations. My goal is for you to really understand the content, not just know it superficially. I remain patient and motivate you to think actively for yourself.
