I will teach GCSE and A-level lessons pitched at any level. I will focus on questioning what we are doing and understanding why we do everything. This is the best way to get a topic in my opinion. I will be enthusiastic and patient and try to give you a wider appreciation of the topic.
I am a second year studying at the University of Manchester. My favourite subjects are quantum physics and dynamics and I'm not such a fan of optics. I avoid teaching formulas and facts as much as possible, instead I'll teach the more fundamental concepts and the problems they arise from.
-3 A* at A-Level in Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
-An EPQ on Superconductivity.
-87% average in 1st with 'Relativity and Quantum Physics' and 'Advanced Dynamics' marks of 93% and 95% respectively.
-95% average in 2nd semester 1 exams with 'Introduction to Quantum Mechanics' and 'Lagrangian Dynamics' marks of 100% and 97% respectively.
-This semester I'm enjoying Complex Variables and Computational Physics.
-I'm proficient in python and C++. I use these for my degree.
-Taught climbing to three 10-14 year olds and they made the national finals.
-I like the outdoors and in particular I like to go rock climbing and working with climbing brands.
-I climb competitively for the university
