My name is Brandon, I am currently studying at university, for the past 4 years I have also been coaching boxing and fitness to a range of people from many different backgrounds. I can teach you the basics of boxing as a beginner, or develop your existing skills if you are more experienced, or help you to get back into the sport after an absence as well as offer you advice on health and fitness. Boxing is excellent fitness and as such I can also help you to reach goals such as improving fitness, getting in shape for a holiday, or losing weight.
I am a qualified amateur boxing coach, with 4 years coaching experience, as well as 12 years boxing experience in total. I have taught a number of people, both 1 to 1 and group sessions, and seen them reap the rewards of what is a fantastic sport. I have taught people who have gone on to win regional titles in the ring, and I have also taught people who have successfully achieved their goals of losing weight and improving fitness. People get involved in sport for many different reasons, and I always look to accommodate the needs of all, whether it be winning titles or getting in shape for a holiday!
