I teach each child differently, as everyone works differently. I will work with both parents and children to highlight areas where they feel they struggle. Together we will create a plan of how we will overcome them and how best they work.
I am an Architecture Student at the University of Derby. I have previously worked as a teaching assistant in a secondary special needs school. I am confident with working one to one, as well as in groups. I am able to differentiate for each child's needs. My aim is to improve their weaknesses and make them move confident in themselves.
