I am a very enthusiastic tutor, aiming to bring lessons to life. I believe that it is a child's fundamental right to a rich education and my goal is to facilitate that in my sessions. I like to personalise lessons to a child's interests and focus not only on where they need to improve but also building on their strengths.
I would use my first sessions with your child to gain a deeper understanding of what they enjoy/struggle with in their subject. Following this, I would tailor lessons around their interests to keep sessions exciting and interesting.

Prior to this I completed a degree in Education Studies at Bath Spa University (for which I obtained a first class degree). I am a year 4 teacher but have taught in KS1 and upper KS2 also.
