I am a student at Leicester University student currently studying Accounting and finance. I am willing to give lessons to anyone of GCSE level and below. The focus for me will be improving specific weak areas for the students. I would usually start by assessing the individual’s capabilities and the areas they struggle, then I would draw up a plan of topics and the specific ways we are going to address them. For GCSE students, the module outline is vital and the requirements of the new syllabus. I am a friendly individual who has worked with many young people over the past years.
I have had years of experience with young individuals and have been teaching for over a year now. The students I have taught have ranged in age and ability so I always make sure that the child reaches the best of their capabilities. My most recent student went from a 4 in additional maths GCSE to a 6/7 (new GCSE grading).
If travel to the house is complex then there may be a small travel fare.
I have achieved above 90% in my statistics module, and a 1st in Accounting and economics. For A level maths, I have achieved a B (A in AS) and an A in GCSE maths. I have also volunteered at a primary school to witness the everyday planning that goes into teaching at a high standard.
